A clear approval process helps ensure the product, artwork and order details are confirmed before custom production begins.

   SUBMIT YOUR REQUIREMENTS

   Choose the product, approximate quantity, sizes and preferred colours. Upload your artwork or describe the design you would like created. The more information provided, the more accurately the request can be assessed.

2. 02

   ARTWORK AND PRODUCT REVIEW

   Black Iron Clothing reviews your request and provides the relevant pricing, product information and design requirements. This may include artwork feedback, product options and any other relevant details.

3. 03

   QUOTE AND DIGITAL PROOF

   A quote and digital proof are prepared for your review. Check all artwork, print dimensions, placement and order details carefully before approving.

4. 04

   APPROVE THE PROOF AND PAY IN FULL

   Once the quote and digital proof are approved, payment is required in full. Production begins only after payment has been received.

5. 05

   PRINTING AND PRODUCTION

   The approved and fully paid order moves into production using the confirmed method — DTF printing or sublimation.

6. 06

   QUALITY CONTROL

   Completed products are checked against the approved proof and order details before dispatch or collection.

7. 07

   PICKUP OR DELIVERY

   Collection or shipping details are confirmed as part of the order process.
